  jessicafischerqueen:

<kamalakanta> Hello I am well thank you, and I hope you are as well. I remember you from your many valuable chess posts over the years.

I am active at cg.com these days but not as much as before- also I have not completed any documentaries since the <Nezhmetdinov> video. I'm not sure I will be able to complete any more due to upheavals on the home front. I don't have a video editor at the moment, for one.

I would however love to make a documentary about David Bronstein . I have many books and sources about him, which I used to research and write his player bio at cg.com.

For a devastatingly personal, yet respectful, memoir of him look to <Genna Sosonko> who published two reminiscences about Bronstein so far.

They are candid, respectful and at times brutal reminiscences. I recommend them highly.

kamalakanta: Hi, thanks for your reply.

I love Bronstein so much, I have trouble bringing myself to read Sosonko's book.

From what I have heard, Sosonko focuses too much on Bronstein's frustrations.....

I wish you the best. If you ever want to message me, I am active at chess.com. Feel free to message me there.

Somewhere I think CJ is involved in this.
