Aug-12-04  tomh72000: Surely white does best to play d4, transposing into the Catalan system? Leaving out d4 would be bad here, I think.
Mar-13-08  waustad: I'd usually seen this cited in games with two bishops fianchettoed for white, so I figured it had to do with the archers at Agincourt on St. Crispin's day.
