tamar: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, but judging from the names of the participants, other nearby nations are allowed to play also.

Troller: It is the league of UK, similar to the Bundesliga. I think such leagues are in every European country; best teams qualify also for the European Club final, sort of a Champions League for chess clubs.

HeMateMe: Hasn't civilization progressed to the point where all of Ireland would be invited to league play?

HeMateMe: Ems, Pein, Speelman are in it. No sign of Adams or Short. Perhaps they're busy running for the PM job? Someone's gotta do it.
