<Chessgames Bookie: <malthrope> [I have a question?] No rhyme or reason with those closing times, just a mistake.>

Thanks <ChessBookie> :) It's always something isn't it? <*wink*>

Oh, one last cause I've made your work easy for ya... :)

Posted my <Current Chess Events> ~June~ calendar (in my Profile) a few hours ago and the highlights are:

<"Summer has definitely arrived and we are treated to a bevy of fine Chess Tournaments and events. :) The Chinese Chess Championships (Men & Women) is now in progress (ends June 4th). Some of the highlights upcoming this month are the 11th Annual Poikovsky Karpov Tournament (June 2nd-14th) featuring a strong field. The XXIII Ciudad De Leon (June 3rd-7th) is next. A pure Rapids KO match event which features Levon Aronian, Boris Gelfand, Leinier Dominguez & Francisco Vallejo-Pons. Then the 1st Chinese GM Super Tourney (June 10th-20th) takes place with 10 top players. After that the world's #1 GM Magnus Carlsen returns and he will be competing at the 4th Kings Chess Tournament (June 14th-25th) in Banza, Romania along with Wang Yue, Boris Gelfand, Teimour Radjabov, Ruslan Ponomariov & Liviu-Dieter Nisipeanu all competing in a double round-robin. Lots of tourneys to savor over and let's all sit back to relax & enjoy the 'heat' of the <SUPER GM> competitions! :D">

You'll find all the juicy details posted in my calendar. ;)

A piece of cake! :XD

All the Best, - Mal

PS: <Barok Espinosa: [...] 11th Karpov Tournament 2010 will decide the winner of this leg. [...] Good luck to everyone!>

Looks like it might end up being the <'Kings Chess Tournament'> with Carlsen & company! ~lol~ ;)

Chessgames Bookie: <malthrope> Thanks for the research on upcoming events.

If anyone can help with info on the pairings for the Poikovsky Karpov tournament, I can put up bets on those games.

Jun-03-10  wordfunph: <CG Bookie>

Jun-04-10  edsauced: Thanks for posting the pairings. I was trying to deduct the fixture numbers... Onischuk starts with two whites, he is number 1, so Motleyev is 12 and Rublevsky is 2. Sokolov starts with two blacks, so he is #7, then Bologan is 6. The rest is easy to solve.
