In 2018, Annmarie Mütsch became Youth World Champion in the age group U16 female in Porto Carras in Greece. In July 2019, together with Jana Schneider, she finished second at the U18w European Team Championship. She is a member of SC Viernheim 1934 e. V.,with whose second team she played in the 2018/19 season in the Oberliga Baden. With Viernheim, Mütsch also took part in the European Club Cup 2019. With SK Schwäbisch Hall she won the women's chess leaguein the 2016/17 season.
