al wazir: Leko has a winning attack.
Jan-21-06  Fan of Leko: I figured Sokolov would blow it. There were many better players they could have invited.
Jan-21-06  olydream3: thank you, i totally agree with u, 20..Nxe5 was a blunder, unless he sees something we have not discover
Jan-21-06  atyrau: The good news is that we are almost sure to have a win/loss result rather than a draw.
Jan-21-06  Woodpusher: Time is becoming critical for Sokolov.
Jan-21-06  you vs yourself: What's wrong with 20...fxe5? The knight sac looks unsound.
Jan-21-06  Kreifi: Yah, it may have been blunder but he was short of time. :/
Jan-21-06  atyrau: oh, I didn't even notice that Sokolov has 10 minutes to make 16 moves. He is going to lose.
Jan-21-06  atyrau: he is definitely losing...another sac, out of desperation.
Jan-21-06  Stevens: now he's played ...Bxh3?
Jan-21-06  Atking: After gxbh3 Qf2 and Nf5-Ng3
Jan-21-06  you vs yourself: Maybe Sokolov saw a perpetual?
Jan-21-06  Fan of Leko: black should resign as there are better games we could watch.
Jan-21-06  TheKid: After gxh3 then ...Qf5 ?
Jan-21-06  Ulhumbrus: <whatthefat> Is this user-name a form of disguised profanity? If so, bear in mind that women and children may be using this website. I believe that exd5 in reply to 17...d5!! does preserve some advantage, but of a reduced degree, and not to the extent of a one sided win, indeed Black may even get the better of it if White misplays it.
Jan-21-06  atyrau: I wonder why sokolov hasn't resigned yet, he simply doesn't have enough pieces in play to do anything
Jan-21-06  Fan of Leko: quit throwing away pieces and just RESIGN!
Jan-21-06  Hoozits: I don't know about other chess engines, but little chess partner gives an evaluation of about -3.6 in favor of black. Any other engines running out there?
Jan-21-06  Hoozits: I wonder if ..., e3 is not coming next?!
Jan-21-06  srs555: chessgames.com- can you turn on crafty
Jan-21-06  Stevens: sokolov is trying for a mate with the queen and the bishop.
Jan-21-06  Averageguy: <Ulhumbrus> <Is this user-name a form of disguised profanity? If so, bear in mind that women and children may be using this website.> *Gasps and runs to tell mummy.*
Jan-21-06  azaris: Could you also turn off Sokolov?
Jan-21-06  Saruman: <azaris> lol
