Defamation of Character is a very serious offense indeed and this site takes prompt action. Recently one master accused another master of being "dead" "disbarred" "alcoholic" and "in a nursing home" where all four charges were easily disproven and that post was properly deleted by the Administrators. Guess who were the two masters involved. (Hint: the target is a practicing lawyer.) Remember that posting false and explicit claims regarding a person will generally be held as defamatory for purposes of liability, including anything posted which reflects falsely and negatively on a living person's reputation.

There are people here whose posts I don't care to read (spamming), or whom I find offensive, but few are on my list.

In another thread, relating to <DrMAL>, someone remarked that when one reaches a count of dozens of members in iggy-land, maybe it's time to step back and ask oneself why.
