Kibitzer's Corner
Jun-04-21  Cheapo by the Dozen: Interesting game. Black opened lines and then used them.

Good double-name pun as well.

Jun-04-21  Brenin: The final position graphically reveals the history of the game, like a battlefield after the last shot has been fired: while the centre remains blocked, White and Black have respectively expended all their K-side and Q-side infantry in the hope of breaking the enemy defences; Black's fortress is completely intact, while White's is in ruins. An enjoyable game, especially for a Najdorf enthusiast.

beatgiant: I could while away the PM
Making fun of a top GM
If I only had a pun.
With the jokes that I'd be makin'
I'd be another H.L. Menken
If I only had a pun.

Oh, I could make a joke
About the bloke whose bike fall got his hip broke, I could tell a joke that none had ever spoke,
And then I'd chortle till I choke.

I would not be a Lifemaster,
My kibitzes a disaster,
My engine lines undone,
I would dance and be zippy, life would be like Ding-Vishy, If I only had a pun.

Jun-04-21  GlennOliver: Chapeau to today's punster (MissScarlett)
Jun-04-21  Messiah: By far the worst pun in the history of CG. Terrible! Well done!
Jun-04-21  chesssantosh: Power of pin!
They say "pin is mightier than sword" for a reason.
Jun-04-21  catlover: <beatgiant> Lol! You're a punster, a poet, and a wizard.

OhioChessFan: Strange decision for Vishy to split/undefend his Rooks. Very good pun.
Jun-04-21  CatchBlue22: Castling queen side looks bad here I think, given the black queen's considerable queen side mobility.
Jun-05-21  fisayo123: Yikes, that was brutal
Jun-08-21  Ironmanth: Nice game! Thanks, chessgames. Y'all stay hopeful!
