Penguincw: Despite only being the 23rd seed, Andrey Baryshpolets is currently the only player still perfect at the Baku Open. After Round 1, there were 27, and after Round 2, there were 9, but only Baryshopolets remained perfect. Tomorrow, he has white against Efimenko, looking to continue the streak.

Penguincw: Updated: Baryshpolets actually started out 4/4 before drawing Alexander Areshchenko with white in Round 5. He ended finishing with 6/9 and 5th place, while gaining 18.9 rating points.

The October 2014 list says he's down to 2537, so 18.9 will "only" bring him up to 2556 if my math is correct, 2 short of his career high.
