Jul-12-09  Gene M: Bummer that the game A.Mikhalevsky-Mittelman 1999 is not in ChessGames.com, nor in Mega Database from ChessBase.com, nor in HugeBase database from Convekta. The game is cited on page 64 in Amatzia Avni's book "The Grandmaster's Mind". I think Alexander M. is the younger brother of Victor M.
