  GrahamClayton: Timothy Upton was a member of the European Court of Auditors, and resided in Luxembourg from 1994 until the time of his death, where he played chess for the Gambit Bonnevoie I club.
Jan-07-21  burleyman2: I knew Tim Upton as a chess player in Scotland and at Queens College, Oxford. A nice guy and a very smart one, RIP.
