Here black have only move to win - 45...Bg3!! disconnecting white pawns and attacking one of it. White hasn't enough time to capture black pawn, save it's own pawn with connecting another one.

<45....b3?? 46.Kd3 Bb4 47.g4 Kg6 48.d5 Kf6 > goes to draw....

<49.h5??> drops white to abyss again. Only 49.g5+ hoolds the draw. <49...Ke5!! 50.h6 Ke6!! 51.g5> black performed single moves to win...

<51...b2??> Here only 51....Ba5!! wins. Continuation could be 52.g6 Ke6! (only move again) 53.h7 b2! (apparently only move too) 54. h8Q b1Q+ with mate in 18 - 55.Ke3 Qe1+ 56.Kf3 Qd1+ 57. Kf2 Be1+ 58.Ke3 Bd2+ 59.Kf2 Qe1+ 60. Kg2 Qe4+ 61. Kf1 Qf3+ 62.Kg1 Be3+ 63.Kh2 Qf2+ 64. Kh3 Qf1+ 65.Kg3 Bf2+ 66.Kf3 Bd4+ 67. Ke4 Bxh8 68. Ke3 Bg7 69. Kd2 Kd5 70. Kc2 Kc4 71. Kd2 Bh6+ 72. Kc2 Qc1#

This ending IMHO is very useful for practical players by both sides - find 46....Bg3 with right idea and studing variation to checkmate in Q+B vs Q+p endgame.
