It appears Black has an idea. (always dodgy, it's best to let your opponent have ideas, they are bound to be wrong.) How about Bg4 then f5 and e4 hitting the pinned Knight. To avoid Bd4+ after f5 Black prepared this idea by playing the prudent 15...Kh8.

Two moves later....

...White made a move preventing f5 and Black resigned.
