Black does not play the opening very well. By the time White plays 14.e5...

Hmm. That's a fork, queen and bishop. 16...Qd8 is no good owing to 17.Nc6! So Black plays 16...Qc5. That seems okay...BUT
17.Nf5!!
The threat is Nxe7. If Black plays the natural 17...Bd8, then 18.Be3!
