Kibitzer's Corner
Jun-27-14  offramp: A very enlightening annotation.
Jul-10-14  jerseybob: I don't know if black should've allowed 5.d6 or not, but having allowed it, his play becomes way too leisurely. I don't get 13..h6; there's no danger of white playing Ng5/e6, so why not 13..Kh8 preparing f5? If 14.g4, maybe 14..Nd8 aiming for e6. It's a tough game for black; he needs freedom, but realizes that way too late.
