Kibitzer's Corner
Feb-01-07  BadTemper: 21 Rxd5! beautiful
Feb-01-07  BadTemper: 32.. Bc8?? (a bad move in a lost position)
33 Qc5 winning a piece,

Feb-01-07  Landman: 21.Rxd5! is especially brave because the back rank looks so weak. Some folks might've been frightened at move 21 upon seeing 26...Qa1+ 27.Bf1 Be2. In fact this looks strong for Black after 28.Qxb7+ Kf8! 29.Qc8+ Ke7 30.Qc7+ Kf8! 31.Qd6+ Kg8 32.h3 Bxf1! (keeping the Q on a2) 32.Rxc6 Bb5+ 33.Kh2 Bxc6 34.Qxc6 Qxa2. I'm not a GM like these guys (Bradford is as strong as one) - maybe I'm missing something here.
Feb-02-07  Sydro: <Landman> In your line you should analyse 31.h4 Qxf1+ 32.Kh2 Bb5 33.Kg3 Qe2 34.Qc8+ Ke7 35.Rd5

Also in your line 33.Qxc5 instead of 33.Rxc5 is better 33...Bb5+ 34.Rc1

Feb-03-07  Landman: Ah, that's the winning defensive idea - keep the Q on the c file so you can interpose on c1 after the retreating bishop check. Hard to believe you can safely allow Bxf1 like that.
