fredthebear: It's a back ranker, a Vukovic Mate in One (insert bishop for pawn). Here are more examples: Game Collection: Vukovic Mate Examples

louispaulsen88888888: My favorite book. The art of Attack in Chess. Now there?s a version with some notes &c. by Nunn.

fredthebear: Yes, if I understand correctly.

The first algebraic edition of The Art of Attack in Chess by Vladimir Vukovic was in 1998, and has since been reprinted. The 2003 edition sits on my desk. It is part of the Everyman Chess Series: Chief advisor - Garry Kasparov. Edit and typeset by John Nunn for Gambit Publications Ltd. Printed in Great Britain by CPI Bath. Distributed in North America by the Globe Pequot Press, Guildford, CT. Everyman is the registered trademark of Random House Inc. You get the idea. https://everymanchess.com

The last sentence of John Nunn's preface says "In any case, it is Vukovic's general principles which will prove of most value to the practical player, and here there can be no argument about the enduring value of his work."
