Aug-29-05  Koster: <On the topic of thought and what people think, here follows an extract from <Life Master AJ>'s website >

They say it doesn't take a genius to master chess and if so this is proof.

Aug-29-05  sitzkrieg: Hmm his comments seem a bit radical and are maybe overstating things a little but for the most they are very true if u ask me. But to all involved, take this vendetta somewhere else:)
Aug-30-05  dhotts: Requesting again from LIFE_Master_AJ, please share your analysis on this game. It must be immense and intrigueing as there are so many available lines!

Aug-31-05  aw1988: By the way, what DOES QED mean?

  WannaBe: Queen's English Declined. :-)
Aug-31-05  TheSlid: Nice one <WannaBe>! Quod Erat Demonstrandum is latin and translates as "(that) which was to be shown" (or proved, in mathematics).
Aug-31-05  TheSlid: Nice to see that you have returned, BTW <aw1988>.
Aug-31-05  aw1988: Oh, of course. I have rarely seen that used as an acronymn. Thanks.
Aug-31-05  hayton3: QED is short for:-

LIFE Master AJ: <all> Thanks - a lot - to everyone for all the positive emails. (I got about six today.)

Thanks to the individual ... who decided that I was such an important person ... that you had to quote me ... extensively. (And out of context, I might add.)

In the future, I am not going to exchange harsh words - here - with anyone, I don't see that it has any positive effect. (I will just add you to the magic list, smile, and keep on trucking.)

Aug-31-05  aw1988: ...while annoying the hell out of everyone else
Aug-31-05  hayton3: I think we should start taking <Life Master AJ> a little more seriously.

Not only has his website won several international awards but (and I'm sure he'll go all coy about this) he has won several international awards for his POETRY!!

Big it up for Life Master Poet Laureate on dis link - check it http://www.angelfire.com/games3/lif...

Sep-01-05  aw1988: <hayton3> Once again, you display the sincerity of a horseradish. Just say the magic word, and you will be added. Because I'm a master for LIFE! QED.
Sep-01-05  hayton3: Nooo..please...nooooooo no more Life Masters :-)
Sep-01-05  MR. NIMZO: WOW! ! Ivan Sokolov could play some real good attcaking game!

Sep-02-05  MR. NIMZO: <LIFE Master AJ>

WHAT DO YOU SAY ABOUT MY COLLECTION?

Game Collection: ""MODERN - ROMANTIC - ATTACKING - GAMES""

Sep-02-05  Averageguy: <<Koster> Take your meds today?> LMAJ, don't joke about people with serious problems who need medication. Many people I know and am close to, including my father require medication and it is not a laughing matter.

LIFE Master AJ: <Mr. Nimzo> Agreed - that Mr. Sokolov played a whale of a chess game. (Did you see my analysis?)

I will attempt to begin looking at your game collection.

LIFE Master AJ: <Mr. Nimzo> Your game collection is nice, many of the games I know nearly by heart.

There were two that I was not really familiar with. The Karjakin game, (Karjakin vs V B Malinin, 2002); was nice ... the opening was "hairy."

The game by Magnus Carlsen ended in a nice, but rarely seen mate. (It was a combination of an apaulette mate, with the two rooks blocking in the Black King, and the nice WR On g3 cutting off the BK's two remaining flight squares.)

Oct-19-05  Averageguy: Shirov gets a taste of his own medicine.
Jan-06-09  WhiteRook48: what a Qg7# threat! good game
Jan-26-09  WhiteRook48: and what a setback for Shirov
Jan-28-09  WhiteRook48: 41 Ne6 was surprising. I'm too much of a patzer to play that, I'd just play 41. Kxf3, but then again, I'm no Solokov
Jan-30-09  WhiteRook48: and amazing posting on page 1
