Honza Cervenka: 24...Ng5? and 25...Qxg5? were mistakes, which could have lost the game but white missed his chance. 26.f4! Qe7 27.Qg4 or 27.Qb2 with a threat of mate on g7 was winning on the spot as black has no better defence than 27...Rd4 (27...Qf8 is bad for 28.Rxd8), which is hopeless. Of course, instead of 25...Qxg5 it was better to play 25...Rxd3 but then white can insert 26.Nxf7! Rd5 (there is no better place for the Rook to retreat) 27.Nxh6+ gxh6 28.Qg4+ Kf8 29.Qf3+ Qf7 30.Qxf7+ Kxf7 31.e4 winning back the Rook with easily won ending. Of course, 25...hxg5 loses too after 26.Qb2.
