Romanishin is up an exchange but to win he must return the material. If immediately 64..Rxc4? the game is drawn since white has the opposition: 65 Bxc4 Kxc4 65 Kc2 =.

So Black continued 64..Rb2+ 65 Kd1 Kc3 66 Kc1 (66 Ke1 Rd2 67 Kf1 Rd4 and there is time for Rxc4 next move) 66..Rd2! 67 Kb1 (67 Bf7 Rf2 loses the Bishop) 67..Rd1+ (better than 67..Rc2 when White has 68 Bc6! hiding behind the c-pawn, so Black has to back-track) 68 Ra2 Rf1 69 Be6 Rf6 70 Bg8 Rb6 71 Bd5 Rb4 and Rxc4 follows when Black gains the opposition and wins.
