Kibitzer's Corner
Oct-19-15  zydeco: It looks like white just missed Korchnoi's combination with 16....Qxf2+; otherwise he would have played 13.dxc5.

I'm missing the point of 26....Rb8. I thought it was to meet 27.Re7 with 27....Rb7 but then Korchnoi doesn't play that. Is there some trap that he noticed after 27.Re7?

The cute finish is 67.Kg2 Ke1 68.Bb4+ Kd1 69.Bc5 Ke2 70.Kh1 Kf1 and white has to move the bishop, freeing the knight, if something like 71.Ba7 hoping for a stalemate trick, black first checks with 71....g2+ 72.Kxh2 and then 72....Nxa7.
