May-16-13  Edeltalent: I once read an anecdote about this game - no guarantee this is true, but funny anyway :-)

This important game was scheduled for three o'clock. When Grünfeld woke up, his clock was already showing that time, and he knew he had a long way to go to the playing hall! So he jumped out of bed, dressed as quickly as he could and ran out to the street; but everything was quiet and noone was there.

Finally he spotted a police officer and breathlessly asked him when the next tram was coming. "At six o'clock", said the police officer. Shocked, Grünfeld asked him what time it was now, and only when the police officer answered "Three o'clock in the morning", he realized that it was still dark...
