Kibitzer's Corner
Feb-05-07  KingG: Great finish, starting with a typical King's Indian move 21...e4!.
Feb-05-07  IMDONE4: I think by 21... e4 White was already lost, he simply did nothing but flounder to counter blacks kingside pawnroller
Feb-21-07  Tomlinsky: This was one of many training games against Donner for the 1968 Candidates match series. Gligoric shows his accurate handling of the King's Indian and punishes Donner in a crushing finale.

The rot started to set in with the weak 10.Bh4 and from there Gligoric proceeds to detonate white's king side at an alarming speed.

A demonstration of why time is of the essence in the King's Indian for both black and white.

May-13-15  ToTheDeath: 25...Rxf3!! What a shot!
Sep-18-16  Albanius: The natural looking 18 Bxf3 runs into
18..Bxe4
19 Bxe4 Rxf2!
20 Kxf2 Qh4+ and Qxe4

The final combination is a gem, sacking a R and offering both B's in succession. W may have been expecting 28 ..Rg8+
29 Ng3, eg 29..Bd4 30 Re3 defending.

Sep-18-16  Albanius: Likewise, the natural looking 22 fxe4 is met by 22.. Be5!
23 Re1 Qxh2+
24 Kf1 Bh3+ is curtains.
