21. Qd2 loses the queen, but it looks like White can't avoid losing at least a piece here because if the knight moves, then 21...Qg5+ wins.

White's position looks dubious early on. I don't like the looks of 7. c3, but maybe someone more familiar with this opening can point to the improvement.
