Congress at Scarborough, we quoted from a local paper saying, “One of the most romantic figures at the tournament will be the turbaned Mir Sultan Khan.” It turns out, however, that for this occasion Sultan Khan has abandoned his picturesque Indian costume, and appears in European dress, which suits him admirably.>
