Mar-05-16  TheFocus: "Dr. Max Euwe has awarded the special prizes in the recent Masters' tournament at the British Empire Club as follows: First brilliancy prize to Sir George A. Thomas for his game against F.D. Yates; second brilliancy prize to R. Reti for his game against W. Winter; prize for the best played game to A. Nimzowitsch for his game against F.D. Yates," - <American Chess Bulletin>, March 1928, pg. 61.
Feb-07-17  JimNorCal: The description section includes this "The field was rounded out by the very strong British players and British tournament regulars Edgar Colle (and a set of Britishers)"

Nov-05-17  JimNorCal: I have a copy of the BCM tournament book: excellent games and analysis. Lots of hyper modern stuff going on.
