Kibitzer's Corner
Sep-14-22  jerseybob: A lot of dropouts in this tourney, with only 7 players completing the full 10 games, unless many scores were lost and the table doesn't reflect that. Most of the players I'd never heard of, and with my reading of the BCM and CHESS I know a lot of obscure British names. The old-timers, Tartakower and Bogo, upheld their honor well, and youngsters - Bisguier, Penrose, Schmid - showed their future potential.
