Benzol: <cu8sfan> You're too young to shuffle off the mortal coil just yet. I would miss my old Swiss mate if that happened.

cu8sfan: <Benzol> Thank you, I'd miss me too. (-; At least my avatar is forever young!

1. I have read them correctly so stop going berserk. You said <somehow it's sad but somehow it isn't>. If it ain't sad, then what is it?

2. May peace be with you, brother.

3. Seneca did not walk his talk. I really have no respect for people who teach about asceticism and then go painting the town red. Besides, this brilliant and enlightened man thought of women as being on the same mental level as children.

4. Minelli is the boss of Dignitas. <And I don't care who this Dignitas is>.

5. When reading through your posts I get the impression that it is not just that little word which you failed to understand.

cu8sfan: <Quant> This will be my last post on this matter. Do what you want and say what you must...

<I have read them correctly so stop going berserk.> No you haven't. You said <Of course, according to some kibitzers here, dying is even more fun but I seriously doubt that.>. Now tell me, when did I say dying was fun? Show me that post! It's people like you that make me go berserk.

And why do I make you feel ashamed of being a Swiss? It honors me that you think my behavior and kibitzing speaks for 7 million Swiss. But if you don't like what I say then hit the ignore button and I'm gone.

May peace be with you and I seriously hope that when you die, a long time from now, you will reflect on your life and feel happy. I don't wanna die sad.

And all this Seneca talk, I said I didn't remember who said what I quoted, so maybe it wasn't Seneca. Oops, I forgot, you didn't care to read my posts carefully...

cu8sfan: And by the way, it's <cu8sfan> and not <cus>. But maybe you can't quote that either.
Dec-16-05  EmperorAtahualpa: hey <cu8sfan> I thought you just won a Caissar award for most constructive kibitzer!

Therefore, let's keep the discussion to Anna Iodo, shall we? :)

Dec-16-05  EmperorAtahualpa: And this goes for all the other kibitzers too of course....:)
Dec-16-05  EmperorAtahualpa: <stanleys> I see that you're not regular visitor of this site, so I hope you will be reading this.

On which website or in which way did you find out that Anna Iodo died? I would be very pleased if you could provide me (and the other curious souls amongst us) with the source.

Thank you.

cu8sfan: I'm sorry, got carried away. Now back to Anna Iodo.
Dec-16-05  stanleys: Guys I posted the link here. The site is e3e5.com (in russian)
Dec-16-05  EmperorAtahualpa: Ok guys, I've been surfing around on e3e5.com with the help of Babelfish, and apparently Anna Iodo died after an "accident". I guess a traffic accident? No more details are to be found...

WannaBe: <EmperorAtahualpa: ... died after an "accident". I guess a traffic accident? No more...>

So far, Ted Kennedy, Bill Clinton, and Gary Hart have denied they were present or have any knowledge of the incident. Bill then asked the police to define "accident."

Dec-16-05  silas75: and Bush denied that the accident ever happened, because the bubble is nicer.
Dec-16-05  Holden: <EmperorAtahualpa> On e3e5.com there is an English Version option. It's on the left hand side of the home page. I tried Googling her name and couldn't get any further information on the "accident". Traffic accident is the best guess.
Dec-17-05  EmperorAtahualpa: <Holden> I was aware of the English version, but not all the pages are translated.
Dec-17-05  THE pawn: <cu8sfan> You obviously did not understand my post. I still have some problems with my english, but I strongly believe this was really understandable. First I don't mean we are more sad when a woman dies because we love them. That was not the argument actually, it was more and introduction to the argument I did not post because I thought you would all quickly guess what I meant. In general rules and that's just purely in general since there are so many exceptions, women are wiser, more calm and I don't actually see women start a war. They might be the cause (troy for exemple), but not the character behind the madness. So when I mean they fall in love with them wasn't the link with my first post. I just mean't that it's easy to feel sad when a girl dies especially because they have ( if I may say) some sort of calming aura surrounding them, at least they possess something men don't have ( no bad jokes plz).

And again, when I said it's always sad when someone dies, it obviously implied that this rule only applies to good people. Personnally and I agree, let's just say that I have no regrets Hitler shot himself for exemple.

And I didn't want to start a debate...Whatever, let's get back to chess. OH no there's a hockey game in a few minutes...HUM...

Dec-18-05  Holden: <EmperorAtahualpa> <aware of the English version> Right on. I only just found out about the existence of the site by viewing the link posted here a few days ago.
Dec-30-06  stanleys: An article about her(in Russian, with some photos and one of her last games)by her friend Maria Fominykh could be found at:http://www.64.ru/?/ru/news/author=7...
Dec-30-06  stanleys: If a reader's comment about her death is true,Anna got on a roof to pose for a picture, but it broke and she fell down. So sad.RIP Anna!
Jan-17-07  garcia.markina: In this article about the 2005 Rudenko Women's Open (http://www.64.ru/?/ru/magazine/year...) the author mentions that Iodo died the same night the tournament ended, "because of an absurdity" ("po neleposti" in russian). In another russian site, someone, discussing Jessie Gilbert's death, commented that Iodo died the same way.
Sep-17-07  Manuel Garcia: A sad and absurd death.
