MY FAVORITE PLAYER:.........
EMANUEL LASKER 1868-1941
MOTTOS: I have always believed in ...[never give up] ...[never surrender] ... [If smashed down, stand up and go back to fight]
(in fact many of my lost games ended by checkmate),
...But now, after a life's experience, i think too [Better be lucky than good] Same Tactical/positional moves from my games.... (1) Played in 1996

Here I played:♙c5

(3) Few years ago, after an easy and very stupid blunder in the opening i found myself in this totally lost position:

Just a little before to resign I tried a last desperate trick: ♙g5

And now if black take with the H pawn... game over.
But he played: ...-♙fxg5, giving to me the chanche to equalize with: ♖xh6

After:...-♕f4; (of course he cant play ♖x♖ cause ♘g5ch.) ♖xh8-♖xh8; i took ♘xd5-... and he cant play ...♖d8 cause ♘xg5ch.(again!) win.

After the game's moves:...♕xd2; ♖xd2-♙g4; ♘g5ch (again!) I won the finale:....

After my ♖xd2 the opponent realized that even now Rd8 cant be played, cause ♘g5ch. (again!)....

♘g5ch was a real nightmare move for my opponent in this game... (4) Played in 2004

Of course white (I) is already much better here, but I like the final shoot...
♖d5

here, worried by the lots of treaths, my opponent blundered with:...♗g7 and resigned after ♕h7ch. 1-0 ... cause after the only ...♔f7; ♖f1 is check mate...

Now Black have a deadly Queen check in e3, White is forced to do something against it...

Unfortunatly, after the Queens and rooks trade, in a W's♗+♙ VS. B's♙♙♙♙♙ (!) Finale, in a terrible zeitnot i wasnt able to find the (easy) winnig manouvre....

Ok, was one of my first ever tournament....

But after ♔f1 delused by the refusion of my "brilliant" sac, in this better position with a pawn up I accepted (sic!) the draw that, with an almost unheardable whisper, my more expert opponent offered....

eeeehhhhhh!.... the younghood, the younghood..... so manx energy and power, but such a lack of experience... (7) Played in 2001

Here I played ...-♘xg3

This move was in my mind already from a while, in case white had played ♙f4. But when this move was made it, a long thought happened to me....
Simply I was worried about White's reply ♔xg3.... In fact after. ...-♖xe3ch.; ♖xe3-♗xf4ch.; ♔f2-♗xe3ch.; ♘xe3-♕h2ch. Black is OK

Just, the emotive side during the game put on me always a big pression....
More, this was the last round, I had won all the games till now, For a lot I was tempted to offer draw and go to the Tournament's bar and sipping a good beer..... But the "Pathos" to see this sacrifice at work, at the end got me,
...like a fever.....
Game: ♘xg3-♖xe3;

♖xe3-♘xf4ch.;

So, I won this tournament ( open B ) with 6/6, at the time I was in good shape cause a month later I won another Open B with 5.5/6.... All in all i closed the 2001 with a record of +12 =2 -1
and the whole period 1999-2001 with +25 =9 -6

After black played ...-♙gxf4 ( not the best )
instead to reply with the plausible and good ♙exf4, I chosed a more spectacular (but a little weaker) ♖xf4...

Here a mixture of relax and lack of determination by my side, was facing a strong fighting mode showed by the Black... The result was another 30 moves (!) before I forced my opponent to resign.
I found very amusing a comment made by my opp. during the post-game analysis:
"Of course I was under pression here; but (after ...♘e7) I tought my position wasnt so bad.... but your ♖xd6 killed me... U took THREE(!) pawns with one move!!..."
Very nice...:-D
