I am a chess fan in San Diego who really only gets to play online at work. I have played of and on since about 2000 and would like to keep it so I can tear it up at the park when I am all old and can’t do much else. I would like to play some OTB games but can’t seem to find anyone willing to put down their surfboard, which I do a little of too...
Never read any books and hate the memorization of openings that can dominate over creative thinking (I think that Bobby guys said something of the sort as well). I will play almost every game out the end and almost never draw. I love to be down material and up something else.

I have fond that the most interesting games played are by those that don’t know how to play…like me!
