   Feb-03-13 P Vorontsov vs K Troff, 2012 (replies)

mosh: (a)The ending is impressivem of course but what about the mundane (27)... gxf6? (b)(31)h3 seems to releave the tension and is better tham Bb2 but will loose in the end. (c)So in the end is (27)...gxf6 not better than the more spectacular continuation?

mosh: Ba7 works! (1)Ba7 Ra8 (2)Nb6 Rxa7 (3)Nxc8 Ra8 (4)Qc7+ is decisive

Jul-19-10 O de la Riva Aguado vs E Ermenkov, 2008

mosh: To Boster: You are right, of course. 25 Bxh6 Qxf6 does not work at all for black and so the game is immediately lost for him. Still I think that 25Q h3 is nicer. Can you defend against it?

Jun-07-09 Kramnik vs Kasparov, 2000 (replies)

mosh: The king dors not go to attack the checking rook on the h file! It goes to b8!For example:59...Rh2+ 60 Kc3 Rh3+ 61 Kc4 Rh4+ 62 Kd5 Rh5+ 63 Kd6 Rh6+ 64Kd7!Rh7+ 65 Kc8! Rxc7+ 66 Kb8 and black is lost.

   May-09-09 L Milman vs J Fang, 2005 (replies)

mosh: This is a spectacular win that one might not sea perhaps on the board but <28 h6> wins easily. The only move that gains some time is <28...Qxf5>

   May-08-09 F Handke vs H Hernandez Carmenates, 2003 (replies)

mosh: (25) Re1 may be more impressive but (25)Qf6 is definitely more efficient as Re1 wins only a piece after (25)... Qd1.

   Jan-18-09 K Bischoff vs J Nogueiras, 1998 (replies)

mosh: What about (39)...Rg7? Does it obviously loose?
