mikewitkoski: If we go ... Be7 then we get the opportunity to castle soon. Moving the Queenside rook to c8 is also quite good since it gives us the upper hand on an open file. I wouldn't go for b5 since we would create a weak (sort of) pawn. I'll go with the majority and vote ... Be7.
