   May-12-11 A Manoeuvre vs M Cornette, 2008 (replies)

mastermind7994: 6...Qe8 and 9...Qe7. I really don't get the loss of tempo in the opening.

Mar-26-11 Gelfand vs Shirov, 1993 (replies)

mastermind7994: 32...Qh7 isn't a better try?

Mar-17-11 Ivanchuk vs Nakamura, 2011 (replies)

mastermind7994: Really hard to see that in blindfold chess. Well done!

   Mar-07-11 G Moore vs R Eames, 2001 (replies)

mastermind7994: Nice game. The move that got my attention was 20...g5. Although it weakenens the kingside, it leaves white with a cramped position and takes f4 as a nice dark-square outpost. The weakened side of the Black king is not to be exploited easily in the game.

Mar-06-11 Siciarz vs Glogowski, 1976 (replies)

mastermind7994: Yes my first Sunday puzzle in less that a minute.

   Mar-05-11 Naiditsch vs P Meister, 2011 (replies)

mastermind7994: Black tried ton put himself into something 'unfamiliar' for the grandmaster but instead was crushed brilliantly.

   Feb-20-11 P Cramling vs E Tsuboi, 1992 (replies)

mastermind7994: My first Sunday puzzle solved..really nice.

   Feb-18-11 H Rossetto vs Euwe, 1947 (replies)

mastermind7994: Found 25.Qh3 and saw the possible variations. This makes my first ever Friday puzzle to solve on chessgames!

Feb-16-11 Le Quang Liem vs I Cheparinov, 2011 (replies)

mastermind7994: haydn20, 28.♘d8 in your line is met by 28...♗e2+ 29.♔e1 ♖xf1#. Also, 30.N8f7+ is illegal because White is in check.

   Feb-16-11 Tal vs D Keller, 1959 (replies)

mastermind7994: Bryan14, 26.♘d4+ would follow and if 26...♔a7 27.♘xc6# or 26...♔c7 27.♕xc6# or 26...♔c8 27.♕xc6+ ♕c7 28.♕xa8+ ♔d7 29.♕xe4 winning. Crazy game by the way.
