My favorite players are Larsen (obvious), Alekhine, Tal, Kasparov; Topalov, Mamedyarov, Ponomariov and Shirov(among those in activity) and the italian Mariotti (first italian GM of all the times!). My rating FIDE is about 1800.
I play on Internet and on table.
I like progressive rock (Genesis, King Crimson), classic rock [Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd(also psychedelic rock), Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Deep Purple], and also Italian prog rock (PFM, Le Orme, Goblin), the great Lucio Battisti and the Italian band Pooh (both Italian pop '60-'70-'80 years!). I like also Franz Ferdinand, Muse (alternative rock) and the italian band "Le Vibrazioni". My favorite actors are: Jack Nicholson, Al Pacino, Robert De Niro. My favourite actress: at even, Nicole Kidman and Scarlett Johansson. The best movies: Three days of the condor (great Robert Redford and Max Von Sydow!), Profondo Rosso(Deep Red) by Dario Argento, Matrix(the 1st), Matrix Reloaded, and the first 2 Spiderman.
