   Mar-30-08 Sicilian, Richter-Rauzer Attack (B63) (replies)

hamworld: " 1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 d6 3. d4 cxd4 4. Nxd4 Nf6 5. Nc3 Nc6 6. Bg5 e6 7. Qd2 Be7 8. O-O-O 0-0" will probably just end up with a bunch of exchanges leading to a drawish endgame. Its popularity might've gone down due to drawish lines. That, or maybe players prefer other sicilian openings.

hamworld: I don't get it. Why would white play Nxd7 in 1 d4 Nf6 2 c4 e6 3 Nf3 b6 4 g3 Ba6 5. b3 Bb4+ 6. Bd2 Be7 7. Bg2 c6 8. Bc3 d6 9. Ne5 Nfd7 10. Nxd7

hamworld: The Pin Variation is usually a bit unsound. Computers (mine for example) have a little bit of tactical difficulty when playing the second side of The pin Variation, 1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 e6 3. d4 cxd4 4. Nxd4 Nf6 5. Nc3 Bb4 6. e5!( I like e5) Qc7? I know this loses but would anyone like ...

   Nov-08-06 Chessmaster (Computer) (replies)

hamworld: Too bad. There aren't any games with Chessmaster 10th edition.

   May-21-06 Budapest Gambit (A52) (replies)

hamworld: I love the Budapest gambit. However, I have difficulty with this line, 1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 e5 3. dxe5 Ng4 4. Bf4 Nc6 5. Nf3 Bb4+ 6. Nc3 Bxc3+ 7. bxc3 Qe7 8. Qd5 Qa3 9. Rc1 Ne7 10. Qd2 Ng6 11. h3 as black. What shold I do? I'd appreciate the advice. Thank you for answering.

   Apr-19-06 Queen's Pawn Game (D02) (replies)

hamworld: How do you have the better pawns structure? DO you need bishop pairs, centre control, etc.

   Apr-19-06 Queen's Gambit Declined (D55)

hamworld: what other things do you need to focus on if you wanna have the better pawns structure?
