colonel.moreau: GM Andrew Soltis had this game listed in his book of chess lists under "10 GAMES THAT (PROBABLY) NEVER HAPPENED." According to Soltis, Gibaud wrote in to B.H. Wood, the editor of English magazine Chess in 1937. Wood wrote "...he never lost a tournament game in four moves. ...
