Oct-08-10 Jakovenko vs Leko, 2009
|
centrumspits: Mate on the 10th is impossible to my opinion, but what is wrong with 11. Qxg6#? Probably a wrong game score! |

May-06-10 Anand - Topalov World Championship Match (2010)
|
centrumspits: Maybe 20. Bf2? If exd4 then give the Queen for two rooks and recover the pawn with Bxd4. Gives white's bisshops a great view of black's kingside. |

Feb-28-07 NN vs Bronstein, 1954
|
centrumspits: Zb2cr, it is me who's missed something. I overlooked the possibility of Nc6. I was so eager going on a king hunt that I didn't not see the possibility of the knight blocking the check. |

Feb-07-07 Westerinen vs G Sigurjonsson, 1977
|
centrumspits: Unclewalter, I do not think 26. Bh5+ works because of 26. ... Kh6. There is no time to play 27. Rh3 due to 27. ... Qxc2+ followed by Qxe2# |

Dec-01-06 B Khatanbaatar vs S Barrientos Chavarriaga, 2004
|
centrumspits: 19. ... 0-0?? 20. Bc2??
Is 20. Qxh7# one of those unusual, very hard to spot mating patterns? Or is the notation flawed? |

Aug-28-06 Louis Stumpers
|
centrumspits: I just use the coin, Sneaky. Since I do not know which side is biassed I have a 50%-50% chance to allocate either choice A or choice B to the biassed side. Hence tossing the coin will give me a perfectly fair 50% random decision. But I am curious as to the other solutions! |

centrumspits: Ik denk dat Pivotalanorak Luc's handle op playchess bedoelt! |

centrumspits: I would like to point out that Palm is not a Dutch beer, but a Belgian one! |
