   Oct-04-06 Bird vs J Mason, 1876 (replies)

WarehouseMan: If I were black, I would of tried: 25. ...Rxe5 26. dxe5 Nf3+ So you've won back the material invested, doubled whites pawns (at the cost of developing a rook) but you've removed the dangerous knight on e5. Anyone ?

Aug-26-06 Euwe vs Najdorf, 1953 (replies)

WarehouseMan: A Bishop pinning the knight, a pawn to completely cramp blacks development...others on the flank putting the fear of rooks into play.. The knights pestering the Queen... And 31.Qe8 buries the hatchet!

Aug-12-06 Kasparov vs Tal, 1987 (replies)

WarehouseMan: I wonder if Tal chuckled a bit when he saw f4... All you Tal fans would know what I'm talking about

   Mar-13-06 K Cottrell vs Lenderman, 2006 (replies)

WarehouseMan: e4 was blacks stronghold from which operations were conducted. Who is this Kelly person anyhow? a new hottie?

Jan-15-06 Capablanca vs Euwe, 1931 (replies)

WarehouseMan: Ng5+ was quite the "shot" to J.R I must say... Raydot calling J.R Capablanca and M. Euwe "unsung heroes" will only get you in trouble.

   Oct-23-05 Zvjaginsev vs A Shariyazdanov, 2005 (replies)

WarehouseMan: The rook is almost comical in how it keeps eluding capture, only to decide to kamikazee itself into the kings pawns...

Oct-12-05 E Cekro vs E van den Doel, 2005 (replies)

WarehouseMan: Another nice alternative to blacks game could of been: 14...Be2 15.Re1 Be3 With the bishop there, whites d pawn and black bishop don't have much mobility.

   Jul-04-05 Frank Marshall (replies)

WarehouseMan: Whenever I see this picture of Frank Marshall, I think of the actor James Cromwell! Marhsall totally looks like the cop he plays in L.A Confidential... http://images.google.com/images?q=J...

   Jun-03-05 A Simutowe vs P Atoofi, 2005 (replies)

WarehouseMan: Is blacks position really that worse off if he were to exchance Knight for Bishop on move 19? Instead he let the knight capture his dark square bishop and the rest is history.

Jan-27-05 Spassky vs Tal, 1979 (replies)

WarehouseMan: Perhaps with incredible play Spassky could of just taken the pawn? 17. Nxd4...Qe5 18. N2f3...Qh5 19.h3...Bf4 I don't have the best Fritz or processing speed, but playing on until about move 23 I'm not getting a negative score or anything
