Rudolf Zipperer: Wesley seems to be killing it against Nihal Sarin in the finals. 3rd game was brilliant by so. Saving the game under such pressure! Respect for him!

Rudolf Zipperer: This game somehow makes me think of Viktor Korchnoi . Wesley grabs a pawn, holds on to it, playing seemingly ugly moves - i.e. moving the king, not able to castle. But as with Korchnoi, you know Wesley calculated deeply, knowing he would come up on top. Respect for Wesley. A

Sep-06-22 Niemann vs Firouzja, 2022 (replies)

Rudolf Zipperer: Niemann's analysis of the game was ridiculous. Alejandro Ramirez outplayed him easily and Niemann obviously didn't know what he was talking about. In my opinion this is proof enough. And he is a known cheater anyways.

   Sep-04-22 Sergey Karjakin (replies)

Rudolf Zipperer: Karjakin is a disgrace to humanity - his suspension should go on.

Sep-01-22 Spassky vs Fischer, 1972 (replies)

Rudolf Zipperer: <HeMateMe: Spassky probably should have shown up to shake hands, photos, passing of the torch.> Oh, come on ... Spassky had done more than enough at this point. Giving in to Fischer's demands to make the match continue ... making sure Fischer wouldn't forfeit. ...

Rudolf Zipperer: <<Dionysius1>: That's some interview! If what MC says is taken at face value it leaves very little room for speculation about his current ambitions in chess, or about how he sees his talent. Lex Fridman is an impressive interviewer, judging by the few other ...
