Mar-30-08 Nunn vs Fedorowicz, 1991 (replies)

Isolated Pawn: The toughest puzzles are the ones that contain quiet moves. After rook takes, I considered Be2 but quickly sought out more forcing moves.

Nov-22-07 E Arruda da Gama vs Kramnik, 1991 (replies)

Isolated Pawn: Move 36 is good puzzle material.

   Nov-06-07 Suetin vs M Ujtelky, 1965 (replies)

Isolated Pawn: Is it Monday again?

   Oct-09-07 S Gross vs D Blasl, 1999 (replies)

Isolated Pawn: i missed THIS . im going TO GO KILL MYSELF. i SUCK AT LIFE. i suck at everything

   Sep-26-07 A Kosten vs Adorjan, 1988 (replies)

Isolated Pawn: Where is my head? I solved this immediately, but kept thinking to myself, man this is hard for a Monday. But, it's Wednesday. Why did I think it was Monday?

   Sep-24-07 J Emms vs A Blees, 1996 (replies)

Isolated Pawn: Wow. This took me like 30 seconds. LOL. Pretty cool mate. OK, shameless excuse. I try not to just look for the queen sac but to study these positions, even Mondays. That said, I still should have seen this more quickly.

Jul-17-07 Lucena vs Quintana, 1515 (replies)

Isolated Pawn: Yeah, but he's a pervert.

   Jul-15-07 E Prandstetter vs Blatny, 1986 (replies)

Isolated Pawn: This is how I approach a Sunday puzzle; I look at a couple of ridiculous sacrafices, play around with each idea for about 10 seconds each, then give up. Anyone else use the same technique?

   Jul-12-07 I Cheparinov vs Z Almasi, 2006 (replies)

Isolated Pawn: Yeah, count me in on the camp that this move jumped out at me and was the very first I considered. It was very easy to see that after Rxc6, either black's bishop or knight will be lost shortly. All in all, I probably spent 8 seconds looking at this.

   Jun-23-07 V Iordachescu vs Karpov, 2007 (replies)

Isolated Pawn: 41. black to play would make a nice Tuesday puzzle.
