Dodd: Just played the Falkbeer countergambit yesterday in a blitz game against a 2200 player from Poland, who was a bit shocked a patzer like me played it! I still lost, but it was a great game, and he kindly showed me where I went wrong after the game was over. lol

Dodd: That is a lovely game! I love the exposed check when he moves his d pawn forward on to d6, and the way everything falls apart for black from there. And the game is so short and sweet that I am sure it will help imprint the opening on kids brains, since they should understand the ...
