I will creep through the shadows of the night and nibble your ideas.

I poured tipex into my ear in 2002, erasing all my memories. Judging by the hair on my back, I think I'm late twenties, or a very hairy child.

0o0o0o0o0: Looking at the top 30 live ratings, I wonder if the youth (25 under) is well represented compared to other times. I'm counting 6. The reason it comes to mind is seeing Aronian (37) Naka (34) make their way to compete for candidates and possible WCC.

0o0o0o0o0: Naka - gets Cov-id, bummer. Ends up Blitz #1 - Sweet. Funny old world :)

May-01-20 Carlsen vs Ding Liren, 2020 (replies)

0o0o0o0o0: Both players qualified for final four. Carlsen seems to want to entertain since his name is the invite. He also played the Scandi in their match, clearly looking to gets bums on seats. Ding is obviously quality and can't been brought down with these lines. All good for us though!

0o0o0o0o0: Just watched it. Really interesting seeing Magnus play when speed is his weakness. Even though Magnus is faster than Naka, I am sure everyone would enjoy seeing Naka take on the Alireza

   Mar-23-20 Ian Nepomniachtchi (replies)

0o0o0o0o0: Ian looks so fresh in that photo, candidates has really aged him. I'd love to see a player like Nepo in the WCC, something very different from the other Carlsen encounters. Such a long way to go though and the virus continues to loom.

Feb-12-20 Carlsen - Caruana World Championship Match (2018) (replies)

0o0o0o0o0: I won't pretend for a second that I had any depth of understanding in any of the games that they played.Instead I looked towards commentaries that I respect. When I watched these it became clear that Carlsen was preferable for a win in the 1st and last game. As I remember, Caruana

0o0o0o0o0: Sally/Pedro Chess players think way too much :) I needed a user name and the shift and o buttons were at hand, I quickly went OoOoOoOoO and that was that. It has actually turned out to be one of the hardest Usernames to remember, does it start O or o? are there 3 o's or 4? I ...

0o0o0o0o0: This is the guy. Chess is full of the prodigy and like Wei Yi they fall short, but there is something about this guy. He has a bite about him, an attitude that will take his obvious talents right up to the top. When he hits 20 we will know what he is all about but for now he is ...
