Ray Kerr (Zdravko Krznaric) was Mladost Chess Club and Belgrade Champion in 1951. In 1969, he, Alan Ludgate and Peter Biyiasas tied 1st-3rd in the British Columbia championship. In 1977, he edited a chess column for the Victoria Colonist.
