An Englishman: Good Evening: Don't ignore this game just because of the result; the 2 B & 2 pawns vs. R & N endgame had a lot of complexities. Also, neat trap after 22.Qe2--22...Rxa4; 23.Rxa4,Bxa4; 24.Bc4 wins the Queen.

Mateo: A very interesting game indeed. 26 ... Qe6? put Duda in danger. His Bishop no longer has a retreat square. White could have exploited this error as follows: 27.Ra3! won. The threat is Rxb3. For example, 27… Kh8 28.c4 e4 29.Rxb3 exd3 30.Qxe6 Rxe6 31.Rxd3, White remains with one more pawn. Worse would be 27… e4? 28.fxe4 fxe4 29.Bb5, the threat c4 wins the Bishop. Later, 30.Bxf5! (instead of 30.Rxb3 ?!) won a pawn. A miraculous rescue for Duda and a missed opportunity for Vitiugov.
