So the question is, why did White draw here?

Jan-13-19  SChesshevsky: The ending position does look tough to evaluate. Given that the white a pawn might be stopped easier with rook and bishop versus whites knight farther away from the h pawn, so maybe the h pawn is more dangerous.

Seems in the first two computer scenarios black does get closer first, though white gets the best tactically it seems. Those scenarios might be tough to calculate however and an inaccuracy could be just lost for white. So I guess why take the chance if a draw is good enough?
