Kibitzer's Corner
Mar-26-18  RookFile: 9. Ne5 was a provocative move by Capa, hoping to get his simul opponent to do something stupid. 9....c5! is actually the best move on the board. The computer thinks at some point black should have put the bishop on b7 rather than exchanging it off.
Jun-13-19  mifralu: < In his last display Capablanca plays against the team captain of the Marshall Chess Club.>

The Unknown Capablanca
David Hooper, Dale A. Brandreth, pp. 166-167

AFAIK Bruno Forsberg

  MissScarlett: To be clear, <TUC> does give <H Forsberg> based on the <ACB>, 1941, p.99, which chimes with <Caparros (2e 1994)>. I suspect it's simply a mistaken attribution on <Hooper & Brandreth>'s part.

I submitted this game, so I would have had a definite, if not definitive source for <Henry O>. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to rediscover what it was.

Phony Benoni: If "Henry O Forsberg" is based on ACB, then it is definitely a misattribution. The game score in ACB (1941, p. 99) gives only "Forsberg"; however, the accompanying report on the simul states::

<"Capablanca's best effort was against Bruno Forsberg, captain of the club's champion Metropolitan League team">
