Jul-03-13  JJL: Who won here? Did White lose on time? Time control should have been satisfied with his 40. f6.

White seems to have a won game after 40. ... Qxg4 41. Qxe5

Phony Benoni: <JJL> Good question. Black's position is resignable, especially in a correspondence game between strong players, so it's possible we could have the wrong result. On the other hand, players are often forced to drop out of correspondence play due to outside pressure and forced to resign easily won games.

We obviously need more information.
