This is indeed is a Pirc Maxxlange
I'm surprised that this variation isn't written, or elaborated on, in any books anymore. I remember the Russian's calling it something else Pirc-Uslev something Defense. I remember Kramnik and Ponomariov talking about it in separate accounts. The c5 line needs to be explored on. I think Kramnik is able to play this line of Pirc because it is similar to the Classical Sicilian which he used to play in the mid-90s.
