Oct-23-06  sneaky pete: This game should be in someone's <How to beat Arno Nickel> collection. Another refutation of the Caro-Kann Defence is the Mad Pawns Attack 2.b4!! .. introduced by the indomitable Lodewijk Prins in one of the lower sections of the Hastings 1931/32 tournament against R.Cross (2... d5 3.e5 Bf5 4.d4 e6 5.c3 a5 6.b5 Qb6 7.a4 .. 1-0, 29).
Mar-31-12  Brecker: 2.h4? What the fridge?

perfidious: This game proves 2.h4 is a forced win without question--glad I never had to face it!
