Kibitzer's Corner
Jun-17-10  Atking: Both inspired and greedy sacrifice on d3. Black should simply play positionally c5 at move 11. The fundamentally question is more and less on f4. Is this a strong or a weak pawn advance here. I'm not sure about 10.Bd2!? too. I will play 10.Kh1 here 10...Nd5 11.NxN NxN 12.Bc1 looks totally Ok as 12...exd 13.c4. If Black plays as suggested up 10...c5 then 11.Bg1 is possible Now 11...Qd7 12.dxe QxQ 13.RaxQ Nxc2 14.e5 BxB+ 15.KxB Ng4 16.Kf3 (One idea of Bg1 -h2 protected) 16...h5 17.h3 Nh6 18.Nd5 Nf5 19.g4 Nfd4+ 20.Ke4 (21.b4! is one idea) with a crazy position - e.g 20...f5+ is at least drawish as 21.exf 22/23 Ne7/Ng6+. Indeed, an interesting opening. I like White courageous originality.
